Monika Górniak

Manager (HR and payroll)

Graduate of the University of Economics in Katowice. She graduated with two majors: Management and Marketing and Finance and Banking. She participated in many courses and dozens of trainings in the field of human resources and payroll. She gained her knowledge and experience during more than 17 years of work as a human resources and payroll specialist.

Her adventure with GLC began in 2006 and has continued uninterruptedly to this day.  In the company, she is the manager of the HR and payroll department. She provides substantive support to the employees, takes care of the development and smooth functioning of the team by cooperating with the accounting department, lawyers and other specialists. Provides comprehensive HR and payroll services to employees of companies in various industries.

Participates in the recruitment processes of HR and payroll specialists. Conducts HR and payroll audits and supervises internal HR and payroll services at clients. Recommends and implements HR and payroll solutions in response to clients’ current HR and payroll needs.

Participates in the development of internal regulations and procedures. Advises and supports management on HR and payroll. She has participated in the implementation of an ERP-class HR and payroll system.

She has acquired excellent competences through working with a wide variety of entities. She has analytical and strategic thinking skills.

When dealing with clients, she demonstrates understanding and patience, is constantly developing professionally, and is reliable and committed to her work, which is her passion.

She is a lover of a good film, crime-themed books, hiking, and values time spent with family and friends.
