Labour law

  • Examination of employer actions for compliance with labour law regulations, including in particular the provisions of the Labour Code and other applicable acts in the given establishment.
  • Assessment of all stages of employer actions during employee employment – from the manner of conducting the job interview, through analysis of the form and method of establishing and terminating the employment relationship, to mutual settlements after its conclusion.
  • Verification of the implementation of statutory obligations imposed on the employer – including, among others, effective prevention of mobbing and discrimination, and verification of the company’s policy in this regard, as well as the implementation of obligations and rights towards trade unions operating within the workplace.
  • After conducting compliance, the employer can effectively assess which elements of the company’s operations negatively impact its functioning. As a result, a model can be adopted that clearly improves the way the company operates while also being in compliance with current regulations.

Not every employer is aware that the severance pay referred to in the Law on Special Rules for Termination of Employment Relations with Employees for Reasons Not Attributable to Employees of March 13, 2013. – in certain cases – can be paid to an employee in the case of individual layoffs.

Economic growth is directly proportional to the increase in the number of regulations governing the functioning of enterprises and transactions carried out. This trend should be different; however, there is no doubt that entrepreneurs need the support of experienced lawyers, tax advisors, and experts from other fields related to running a business from the very beginning. Constant legal service is one of the most important elements of the functioning of every company.

In modern economic transactions, maintaining financial liquidity is essential. Entrusting the collection of receivables to an experienced law firm saves time and guarantees proper pursuit of claims at every stage of the case.

Using the support of specialists guarantees professional help at every stage of control. By entrusting the management of controls to GLC, one can not only save time but also gain assurance that the documentation will be prepared correctly.

The implementation of GDPR should be tailored to the specificity and scope of activities. We adapt data protection services to the individual needs and requirements of the company. Our goal is to enable Clients to operate in compliance with the law and simultaneously in a way that is least burdensome for the daily activities of the enterprise.
