I am an accounting manager with several years of experience in the financial industry. I graduated from the Cracow University of Economics, where I gained a solid theoretical background in accounting, finance and management. In addition, I hold a certificate of completion of the chief accountant course at the Association of Accountants in Poland (SKWP), which has further strengthened my qualifications and prepared me to perform responsible functions in accounting.
My professional experience includes working in both accounting outsourcing and in-house accounting, which allows me to perfectly understand the needs of business entities and their managements. Working in internal accounting, I have had the opportunity to directly support decision-making processes, ensuring full financial compliance and transparency of operations, which is crucial for the functioning of any organisation.
I have been with GLC Accounting since 2021, where I started as an independent accountant. Thanks to my dedication and continuous development of my skills, I was promoted to team leader after two years, and I currently hold the position of manager of the accounting department. As part of my job, I manage a team of professionals, am responsible for the development of human capital and provide substantive support to my colleagues.
My key competences also include cooperation with international entities, including support in consolidation of financial data and adaptation of foreign accounting software to Polish legal requirements. Thanks to my broad experience of working with companies operating in different markets, I am able to offer accounting solutions that meet both domestic and foreign standards. My work focuses on developing optimal financial solutions that meet the needs of clients and their specific operating conditions.
In my work, I focus on long-term cooperation with clients, the foundation of which is a full understanding of their needs and attention to financial compliance and transparency. I actively participate in the offering and the shaping of the company’s strategy, contributing my experience and knowledge to the ongoing projects.
Outside of work, my interests in shooting and archery are both a form of relaxation and a way for me to develop concentration and precision, which is reflected in my approach to my professional work.
