• drafting documents requested by the ordering party
• preparing analysis related to the participation of the contractor in the tender procedure and entering in contract, including its verification
• support in the public procurement process, and, after its completion, support in the procedure of awarding the contract
• drafting letters (including complaints and appeals) and representation before courts and the National Appeals Chamber
