He has been working with GLC since 2025. He gained his previous professional experience in the largest legal advisor offices in Opole and tax advisory offices in Wrocław.

Within the scope of his practice to date, he has provided legal assistance and advised on matters in the field of tax law (with particular emphasis on income taxes, VAT, local taxes and fees and MDR tax scheme obligations), civil law, business law, labour law and social insurance, and has performed permanent legal and legal and tax services for entrepreneurs and budgetary units of local government. He has experience as a trial attorney in cases pending before common courts, administrative courts and public administration bodies throughout Poland. For several years he has been a member of supervisory bodies of companies with participation of local self-government units.

In 2019-2021, he taught classes for full-time students of the Institute of Legal Sciences of the University of Opole in the field of tax law, financial law and public finance. In 2022, he taught classes in tax law for postgraduate students of the Wrocław University of Economics.

Member of professional self-governments – District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Opole since 2020 and National Chamber of Tax Advisers since 2023.

Chairman of the Supervisory Board of a company with the participation of a local government unit since 2024.

Member of the Board of the Association of Financial Law ‘AUREUS’ in Opole since 2024.

Member of the Committee for New Technologies at the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Opole for the 11th term of office (2020-2024),

Active participant of legal aid campaigns organized by the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Opole: for participants of the Women’s Strike (2020), for refugees from Afghanistan (2021), for refugees from Ukraine (2022), and for persons affected by the flood wave on the territory of the Opole Province in 2024,

Delegate to the Assembly of the Opole Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers of the 12th term of office (2024),

Member of the Commission for Foreign Affairs and Human Rights at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Opole of the 12th term of office (2024-2028)

Education

Graduated from law studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Opole, defending his master’s thesis on the competences of the Financial Supervision Authority in influencing the course of the public offering of shares. Completed postgraduate studies in finance and accounting at the Wrocław School of Banking (now WSB Merito Wrocław University). Finalist of the prestigious tax competition for students EYe_on_TAX (14th edition – 2019).

Between 2020 and 2023, he served his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Opole.

Interests

History, with particular emphasis on the political history of Poland after 1989, Formula 1, motoring, short-distance running, squash.
