Advocate and tax advisor. He has been with GLC Group since 2016, when he started working with the Office of Tax Advisor Zbigniew Maciej Szymik.
He provides ongoing tax and legal advice, transactional advice, preparation of transfer pricing documentation and represents taxpayers before tax authorities and administrative courts.
He has gained experience by advising both small and larger entrepreneurs and in constant cooperation with the accounting department. Favourite issues are international tax law and issues on the borderline between tax law, company law and accounting.
Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. He defended his master’s thesis entitled. “Taxation of limited joint-stock partnerships in light of the amendment of 1 January 2014”.
Registered on the list of tax advisors under entry number 14033. Holder of the FCE certificate in English.
