Legal counsel. Specialises in corporate law, mergers, acquisitions and company transformations. He also supports clients in issues related to consumer insolvency and broadly defined business law. He is a co-author of the book publication, “Economic activity in the SME sector. Praktyczne aspekty tworzenia, funkcjonowania i likwidacji przedsiębiorstwa”. He applies his extensive experience to both day-to-day business support and complex transactional processes.

He has successfully conducted dozens of processes of mergers, acquisitions and transformations of companies. He has also conducted complex international mergers, cooperating with the accounting department of merging companies and foreign law firms supporting the process. He is the author of several hundred company agreements and their subsequent amendments. He has conducted dozens of legal due diligence audits, most of which resulted in the acquisition of the company by the client. He has served entities in the foundry, renewable energy, hotel and brewery industries, among others.

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia. He is registered on the list of legal advisors kept by the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisors in Katowice.

He holds a TOLES Higher certificate in legal English.
